    As part of a desperate attempt to get fighting fit for the upcoming badminton season, in addition to 2 2hour sessions down the gym (plus oncourt training), I'm trying some skipping.

    Sheesh, you watch kids do it and they make it look so simple. At 45 and with pretty knackered knees it ain't so easy!

    It'll get easier though - I hope.
