i know, i helped him lug it into Sibson Towers yesterday......

Yes folks - his new washing machine has a powder drawer that swings out in a niam stylee :D

As i left i'm sure Isaac was muttering about the new 'Rinse and Spin' bases by Mana, apparently they help the machine was whiter than white.......
and he also mentioned that he'd be checking the filling hoses for directionality..... ;)

I have yet to test whether drawing on my clothes with a green marker pen makes a difference...

That's exactly what mine is michael.... I guess it must be a design "signature" to separate it from the hotpoint/indesit it's based on.

On and on and on and on and on and on......

Have you up rated the capacitors yet and replaced the transformer? To get the most out of that wash you better wire a seperate power supply for it as well. Russ Andrews Washing Machine's Ltd will sell the stuff you need.

I doubt he'd touch it until I give it a dedicated spur wired with kimber and a kimber power cord.

checked with Mr Andrews (not) - apparently Reveel will get your clothes really clean, they'll also sound better - something to do with mold(!) release agent ........

or you could go for an off-board upgrade - apparently NOS DAZ cleans better than original DAZ...............

Nah ....bet if they do proper ****d comparisons you will find the clothes comes out all the same. Differences in built quality exist but as usual and the prices are based mostly on branding. Again you should pay more attention to the room. Try doing the washing in a cramp and poorly design busy kitchen the experience is going to be bad. Best has a dedicated laundry room.

    Edit
PS. Just been thinking, did any of you feels anything strange recently....... I mean why have we all suddenly have such strong urge to know more about the working of our washing machine? Did your other half all of a sudden feeding you a particular brand of potato crisps by any chance too?
