Unfortunately since turning 89 my grandads health is starting to fail fast and as a result he's reluctantly admitted he can no longer drive so he wants rid of his car: Its a '97 VW Polo 1.4CL 5 door in Dragon Green. The car has a genuine 26,500 miles and has been regularly maintained by a VW specialist. The car comes with Elec Windows, Elec mirrors, Airbags, VW remote locking and immobiliser, 5 speed box and Im pretty sure ABS. I bought the car 3 years ago through a trade contact of mine. It had 20k then so it shows how little its been used (its run to church and back). Condition is 90% mint, it seems that he's caught the garage recently and theres a few scratches down the off-side. Id get most of these out but its very superficial. The off-side wing mirror has taken a crack and it seems the leccy wiring has come lose. MOT runs out in December but I'll be MOTing it this week, tax Im unsure about. It may have had some paint on the off-side wing before I got it, I was unsure when I got it and Im still unsure. Its def not had a new panel and theres no repairs, its an extremely good job (I can usually tell these things a mile off) so if it has its going to be a scratch repair. I drove this car on saturday and I was amazed how tight it felt, it really is a peach of a motor. Next week I'll be taking it home and preping it to either put on a contacts plot or local press. If anyones interested give me a shout and I'll talk turkey.
