Phone that accepts 3 sim card.

I need to send my phone in for repair and they wont lend me one in the meantime.
So I need a stand in that will accept my 3 sim card whilst my phone is being fixed.
Nothing too flash or expensive. Mine should be back within 3 days of arranging them to pick it up.

If anyone has an old one or a spare let me know what it is and what you want for it please.
