My PC CD is virtualy complete, it has WIFI, boots Win XP Pro in seconds all I have left now is to cut some ventalation holes so the heat can escape and connect it to my TV. There is the problem....

The PC will only be used for casual net browsing, DVDs and messing about so a TV should be fine, a bit of flicker is ok.

My question is what is better a scan convertor or TV out on graphics cards?

The motherboard being IBM has no AGP slot so I will need a slim sline 32-BIT PCI card, thankfully Microdirect sell Radoen 9250SE versions of these.

    Any ideas?
