    I dont touch milk and use sweetened soya. Breakie is a big bowl of porridge with soya milk and plenty of sultana's and honey yummy yum. A treat is a good idea, my weekly treat is a sausage and egg baton from the local shop, they fit 6 sausages and 3 eggs on a huge baton for £1.85 mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

    Fantastic food T-bone, I buy all my meat and veg there now, as well as some other sundries like juice, and herbs. Nothing contains any additives. They've been reliable and efficient. Have a look through their online ordering. I'm having a cumberland sausage tonight, and it will have come from cumberland!
