WTB - Spare for Nakamichi RX-505E

    I am looking for a perspex front for the cassette loading bay on my Nakamichi RX-505E. Unfortunately I am told that they are no longer available new. If anyone hears of one which is no longer required will you please contact me ([email protected]). I am happy to pay a reasonable sum for one in good condition. Meanwhile I will keep an eye on eBay.

    it may be an idea to buy an old 202e and use the 'bay window' from that (if they are compatible). it may also be able to be canibalised for other spares too.

    Yes I am open to buying any old compatible cassette deck at a sensible price to get the bit. I am sure there must be one out there somewhere which hasn't been used in years, is not working and is not wanted. Ever hopeful that something will turn up somewhere.
