Not sure why this has happened.

I'm unable to right click in my start menu anyMOre

I was planning on tidyin it up, as there's a few un needed short cuts and I was hoping to group some things better.

Right clicking works everywhere else I've tried. Including the task bar.

    Any ideas?

    OOPS!

Forgot to mention I'm unable to drag things about in the start menu either (left click and hold).

If you right-click on the Start button, select Properties, click Customise, choose Advanced, There is an option called 'Enable dragging and dropping' which should be checked.
