Isnt it just the same basic thing as Goertz M1/2 and Electrofluidics monolith stuff? (always wanted to try some - some amps dont like it as it presents too high a capacitive load i think) Can make em yerself by unwinding quality air core chokes.

Maybe, you could possibly be correct but from what those in the Verbatim 'club' seem to agree on is that if is very different sonically to anything else on the market.

Bu the way, the different width's of Verbatim were designed for use with different types of loudspeakers so even the designer recognises that it's not simply a 'one product fits all' market.

What's the price of the Goertz and Electrofluids cable by the way?
