    Link doesn't seem to work.

That's a much better looking piece of kit in the avatar however!

    Unfair cry MO:D

I didn't bring the name of Moon up here, but I as I'm selling mine I just had to jump in. Cracking players BTW.

I have noticed a number of people looking for a new CD player between say £1500 and £2K. Sadly IMO the real fun and the best bargains come in slightly above that, but they do mean you won't need to upgrade again for a mighty long time.

If people can hold on and stretch the budget to say £2.5K, buying s/h gives you the options of say Wadia 301, Dac64/P30 combo, AR CD3 and of course the Moon. So you move up from good midmarket stuff to real high end trailblasers. I feel the jump is well worth the wait long term.

I agree with you 100% Merlin. I have starved off the temptation of smaller upgrades for the sake of saving for a big league player. Problem is, when I get the coinage needed, some thing else always jumps the queue. Bathroom, Car, Kitchen etc etc. I've been promising myself a big CDP upgrade for nigh on 2 years now but it just isn't happening. However, if I'd have gone the cheaper option, I'd have probably moved up a few levels by now. :(

I'll have that Burmester one day damn it!!!
