IPL 3 way

You could afford it in cider, but I'm afraid I would carrot you out of house and home.

I was going to buy a pair of Proac Response 3.5's as I have had them before but you say yours will murder them, where exactly are you and what are the dimensions and weight, are they still available at £600. Thanks, Rick.

Hi Ricky

Of course sound is in the ear of the beholder.

To my ears though, yes, it wouldn't even be a close run thing. I'd personally put them up in the Proac range with something like a D80.

The D80 has a similar 'presence' in the bass to these.

I prefer the tonal balance of these speakers to the D80's though.. which I found a little hard at the top. Some would call it the other way depending on preference.

It's horses for courses though, and everybody has a different opinion when it comes to speakers, and rightly so.

The speakers (and I) are based in Milton Keynes.

Audition welcome if you fancy a trip and a coffee.

bump!

My new self-build speakers will be ready in about a month, so if you're interested in these please let me know, or will have to Ebay, and that would be a shame..

Come for a no ogligation listen (not next week, but any other time) if you like!

due to the nature of the economy, I have decided to reduce the price (this weekend only) from £600 to

£599

£1 parking fee for collection.
