    Thats a lot of money to spend. I'd hold off until a second hand set comes up and then at least if you dont like them you can sell them on without losing anything.

    I agree with your logic but where am I most likely to find 2nd hand 6m runs of Isolda - any ideas ?

    whether you believe it or not, worth experimenting with cables over a few days. I found that initially changing a cable, it's a wow factor, but over a few days, the difference became non existant. Of course, just IMHO :)
