New DVD player

    I have a good enough CRT projector, however it's bust at the moment, if I go the cheaper and less hastle non-crt route this DVD player is probably not necessary however I see rainbows even on expensive DLP's (£3k ish). The thing is I'm really after an improvement in sound over my Toshiba as well. I'm now left unsure! I'm going to get £350 for my £1300 Toshiba (already have a buyer).

    Maybe my post wasn't clear, I'm not advocating an expensive DVD player over a cheaper one, only that differences in picture quality are more apparent the larger the display.
