Can I buy the rabbit?
OK, OK, I know I've dragged my heels no end on this but here, finally, is a picture. Apologies for it not being particularly great, but I think it shows what I'm talking about re: rabbit damage: As you can see, the wires inside are untouched, and a bit of insulation tape will make this completely safe. John
This thread has been going on for over a month now, it's like a soap opera. What is the Rabbits name and is it a boy or a girl ?
Hi John, Yup, that all seems fine - I'll take it. Can you give us a price for posting to France and I'll get a cheque off to you straight away. Regards, Dave
Hi Dave, the next time I will get to actually send it to you will be Saturday, is that OK? I'll get it packaged and ready to go, so I can work out how much it'll cost to send. I haven't managed to find my black insulation tape, so I can either cover the hole in another colour or leave it for you to do. You call... The rabbits? Well, we have four currently - three in the garden, and one in the house (she's a vicious thing, and we daren't let her near the others...). I think Ella (eldest of the garden crowd at 5 and a bit years old) was the culprit with the cable... John
Hi John, Thanks for the message - Saturday's fine. Don't worry about the damaged insulation - I've got loads of sleeving tubing, so I could resleeve if I think it needs it. The cable will be out of sight in any event. Regards, Dave
Hi Dave, I assume you want it sent to France? I meant to make it to the post office to find out how much it'll be, but taking a rough-guess at the packed weight, depending on whether you want surface mail or airmail it'll be £4.50 or £5.60 (I was surprised surface was as much as that and that airmail was only £1.10 more). Let me know which one you want, then we can get this to you! Cheers, John
Hi John, Surface mail is fine at £4.50. Can you PM me the total that I owe you and the address to send it too. Thanks in advance. Regards, Dave
