    Django, I was going by reviews in magazines like stereophile, and directly quoting them.

    The fact that there is a more expensive sub on ebay is hardly relevant...price is no guarantee of quality. It was also for a sub (pair of subs) which I may add didn't include amplifiers, digital room correction & eq, software etc - they are just speakers inside cabinets.

    More to the point - this WAS a classified advert - your unqualified opinion wasn't welcome. If you want to talk about subwoofers, I'd suggest the general 'audio' forum.
