I didn't say that you shouldn't be there, I said that I found it a little surprising that you were, and I went on to blame Tony Blair for his strange belief that 50% need to attend a University.

Not to impune on AmazingTrade at all here (don't take offence - it's not meant!) but around only 10% of the population are really suited to Uni courses. In 1991 when I was taking A Levels, our Vice Principle claimed that anyone doing A Levels is in the top 2% of the populous, so I reckon 10% max is about right.

As for spelling/grammar - with M$ products you don't need it! (kidding, but you can see how most people think with this!). My view with maths (because I'm crap at it - and that's why I got a shockingly-bad degree result (hey, it WAS an Honours/joint degree though :)) is that no-one needs maths because that's what calculators/computers are for - I did 2 art subjects and 1 science to do a science Uni course!). Of course, you DID need maths to do our course, and me being rubbish at it (partly because I designed my own systems for multiplication/division because I found times tables boring when I was little - so can't even LEARN anything complicated now - oops) plus a certain university near London's bums on seats mentality nearly cost me my 3 years' Uni course and shitloads of debt. If I knew then what I know now, I'd have done an arts course and said "sod it".

Back on topic though, AT - don't sweat it - you'll get there but you need to step back and chill - panicking fuxxs you up in the final year - I speak from experience! Just put the old chip fan back on, set the CPU clock back to standard, have a day off, then get back into it. Don't sit in front of your monitor and loose it, like I nearly did - OK?

When I stress about stuff, I remember that my Dad served four years in the Navy in WW2 doing convoy escort in the North Atlantic, and that three ships he was on were torpedoed by U-boats. Whilst he was away at sea, his first wife and two of his children died. Kind of puts things into perspective.
