Kennyk - There seems to be a Tannoy roadshow underway - Loud & Clear in Edinburgh are doing the same show sometime towards end of this month.

A tannoy call for the next meeting of the Edinburgh Chapter of Zerogain's Angels:

    28th and 29th October. 7:00 pm. Loud and Clear, Edinburgh. 0131 226 6500

What night, and what music? I'll bring that track of Dick Gaughan!

Certainly would be great to hear the feedback of more people on here especially when auditioning with more than just classical music, which seems to be the only choice used by many dealers/shows I'v heard these playing in the past.

    Folks,

I'll probably be comming on saturday (probably twoish):

    http://www.walrus.co.uk/main/prestige.htm

Will anyone of the ZGers from Londinum be in attendance? Maybe worth a quick meet and an after audition beer at "Ye olde Thamesside In"?

    Ciao T

Hi T, there are already 2 existing threads on this topic on ZG, started by your truly and Titian, but hey this is Westminsters we are discussing, so the more the merrier :D.

Yes I'm planning to go with Ian (sideshowbob).

    Hi,

I did not notice anything specifically about meeting up and felt putting a new thread in might get more attention, my bad....

    Friday or Saturday?

    Just merged them.

Saturday. See you there hopefully. I'm sure Ian can be persuaded to a beer or 2.

    Hi Dev,

I was going to pop down to this but couldn't fit it in. It's a shame as I would have like to have had a good listen to these speakers. Can you supply more details of the day. What was he size of room they were used in? What equipment was used? What music was played? What is the exact price of these speakers?

    Dean,

The westmister royals were upstairs in the main part of the shop sounding bloody marvellous and in the downstairs dem room they had the Kensingtons I think.

As for music, it was a free for all, we could put on what we wanted.

More later, when I have recovered from my rather bad hangover.
