ME! My car is in for some warrenty work so I will have a courtesy car (usually a saloon) so nuvista should fit in ok, which means I don't need to borrow car off g/f (bonus)
I am interested in the listening to the nos dac, but my pesonal reason for this is to compare the amps.
If this is a success could arrange a night/weekend with my system?

    Rob

rsand - where in west yorks? To save driveway space at lordsummit's you can come in my car if you want, if you're not too far out of the way.

No it's not a problem. You'll understand when you get here, but a don't have tons of parking space, I'll ask if I can borrow a space or two round the corner, shouldn't be a problem, or we may be able to squeeze them all in. Nobody panic!

    Isaac,
Since parking space is limited, a lift would be appreciated if poss. I'm in Grasscroft, so virtually on the way... ;)

I'm interested in hearing the (nos) DAC(s)

Has anyone coming got a stylus pressure guage, as I don't possess one, and am wondering about the accuracy of my turntable set-up. Would be grateful if you have one if you'd bring it ta!
Rsand, no-one will have to walk further than about 30m, but I'm sure a few of us could drop it I mean help you carry it!

With the build quality of the MF there would be more damage to your drive than to it :D

ok - i'll liberate my dac from the system, no problem.
given aitcho's comment on the NOSdac thread i'd better let it burn in over the next few days to give it a fighting chance - i only listen 4-5 hours per week and i have only had it 3 weeks - if you aint seen Aitcho's link it appears the black gates need a lifetime of running in.....

looking at the kit you guys will be bringing i'm begining to feel a bit of a fraud systemwise - just hope i dont develop a case of Ugradeitis, SWMBO advises all spare bodyparts have allready sold or remortgaged to cover our renovation project.....

    Hmm...

One of these 'bake-off' thingies, eh? Having been to one recently I am curious, though would be an outsider from the South-East! The date is during my week-off so I could make it, is it 'train-able'?

What are you err.. 'baking off' by the way? :)

    Cheers.

    Regards,

    JonR
