You have to wait to be put through but its rarely longer than ten minutes and basically its like MSN and you chat with a real live human working for eBay! They are usually much more forthcoming 'face to face' as it were.[/QUOTE] Ahh well I had a reserve of (I think) £1,900 so a second category charged that reserve twice! Where is the online chat function? I thought it would be nice if they had one of those but I never saw it when searching for ways to contact them!
