Merlin, I'm not seeking a debate, just polite respect from you as to what subject matter I choose to discuss, instead of constant provocation.

If I choose to talk about Naim, so be it, and I expect you to accept that gracefully, or simply ignore it. Ok?

Now if you've nothing more constructive to offer...

    Marco.

Anyone here seen Groundhog Day? Or ever read the Naim forum?

You see, this is what happened to the other "Naim" thread before I closed it (spawning this one) - and then reopened it again.

It's not going anywhere and it's just 2 people bickering at and provoking each other now.

Marco - at first you said "You're example of behaviour is hardly respectful of polite hi-fi debate" and then two posts later you say "I'm not seeking a debate".

So - do you want debate or not? Debate is afterall what forums are about. If you want to "choose to talk about Naim, so be it" then you can't expect everyone to just ignore you. You're going to get an debate whether you want one or not I'm afraid.

    Michael.

Oh my goodness not here as well......:JOEL:

Can I just say that I like my gear, and so does my missus (pardon the pun). I can see why others might not, and like other makes etc. Why get bitchy about it tho?

You pays your money and you takes your choice. If you do it after some genuine guidance and honest opinion from others who are just trying to help then all the better...

PS: I have found that mains cables do make a differance, and also changing the standard Naim interconnect for another also did this!
There, see, a Naim owner being reasonable....

Nah, I'm trading them in for some Meadowlarks tomorrow. They're the only speakers I can find that sound just as good when I'm playing my drum kit - in fact better. :D

Thanks WM, Penance etc for all the kind words. Im sorry if my request to remove the insults to the kindergarden seemed unkind to you bub/marco.

Do bear in mind though, that the 'kindergarden' is a forum on its own and you can continue those pages there if you want to.

Its the perfect place for cat calling and acting like children.

    NB
Whoever said ''Im off'' - seems a bit rash, and I hope they change their mind.

    Cheers
    Chris

    Chris,

The Kindergarten is a "locked" forum - you can't start threads or post replies in there. It's there just as a place to put threads that have gone completely pear-shaped without having to delete them.
