    Thanks guys, it is GOOD to be back.
    I'll avoid picking a fight with SM for the time-being as he has heard my system... Maybe when I've got a bit more energy :)
    FWIW, my hospital system comprises an Oppo universal player and a pair of Stax earphones (the small ones) into a portable LCD screen/player. The Oppo is a fine machine and a super bargain for all disbelievers ;-)

    Sorry to hear of your accident and my belated best wishes only just picked up thread. Glad to hear to your are recovering, hoping this is a speedy process for you and not to painful. I once, a few years ago now, ran my motor bike into a stationary council van and just lived to tell the tale after one week in hospital and six weeks recovery after a severly lacerations to both legs.
