I have a feeling it's all in higher hands now. This area has had a lot of building in the one and two bedroom market and lots of small flat developments so, my hope is that our house is in a different market

three estate agents coming to review the situation on Friday!

 

Unfortunately nothings goign to happen fast.

Tryng to get a foot hold on learning Polish.

I've left it a dy or so now.

Its a S.O.A.B. getting back into it.

 

I meet a lot of Polish people down here, and Latvian think

I have that thing, I think of as intertia - when I slow down or stop something, it can take a lot of determination to build up the momentum again.

 

Most of my places work force are Poles.

Just four UK left,incl me.....and I think we've just lostone.....with a bad back!!

Loose, dry sand is an EXCELLENT acoustic energy absorber.
(Remember the Wharfdale Sand Filled Speaker SFB3 and that Gilbert Briggs knew more about loudspeakers than we amateurs).

The challenge is in making something aesthetically pleasing ... that doesn't leak sand.
