to me the difference between hfc and zg is that at hfc people think in absolutes, good and bad, black and white, cables work / cables don't. whereas at zg things have a more subtle graduation of views, like the ability to accept that person a thought cable b sounded better than cable c in system d. is this perhaps a sign of maturity?
    cheers

FWIW I'm glad that's how it is. Some topics are simply not worth the aggro and nothing constructive ever comes out of them. It's amusing that both sides seem to think they can "win" the cable discussion  .

Back onto wasps though, the sooner they are exterminated from the face of the earth the better IMO :inferno: .

I like to think we have progressed past that stage, we've had plenty of that in the past, and all it gets it brooding bad blood.
The subject matter is so emotive, for both sides and has both 'Big guns' in each camp, I was surprised too by the absence of a few memebers on both sides of the fence not participating, yet it did fine without them. :)
Do also remeber that moderating on HFC is zip, here its more diplomatic, maybe more seasoned.
Though it highlight the berligerance and "tenacity" of the doubters, some thing which is rare these days :)

yep, petrol, frozen concentrated orange juice and a zippo are the best thing that can happen to a wasp. the worst thing about them though is that if you smoosh one of them then 15 of their mates show up to have a go at whatever did the smooshing.
    cheers

Out of curiosity, whats the frozen orange juice for? I would have thought the petrol pretty much had it covered...

i believe this is one recipie for making napalm. the fcoj makes the petrol 'sticky' so that is clings to whatever it hits rather than sluicing away. i think another recipie uses liquid soap like swarfega to achieve the same effect.
i think i got the fcoj thing from fight club but can't be sure.
    cheers

I believe a mixture of boiling water and jam is a good one.

A friend once had to introduce a mug full to a guys face when in prison. Sounds nasty, but the other guy (who was with heavily backed up), was out to kill.

I take the same view with wasps, us or them.

Yep I'm still going! Can you PM with your address and postcode please Isaac (I'll use the AA routeplanner I think, to sort out the last part of the route once I'm off the M6)?
