Awwww, c'mon Markus. You know that fast cars are a bit of fun. You are into F1, after all.

Anything more than a Fiesta is vanity.

I don't drive, TB gets enough of my money.

But I saw this and thought I'd post it anyhow. I have been a Passenger in one of these and they ain't too bad - if somewhat ugly.

Well, I do have the 170 bhp 2.3 5 cylinder engine in mine ... which may explain some of my more stupid postings!

It goes pretty well and is small enough not to pose too many problems when I try to park it in the city.

Why do people with crap cars always make the assumption that other people with nice cars have a small penis? I really can't see a connection.

Because a large number of them are unable to laugh about the joke, we therefore asume it to be true.
Besides the people I laugh at most are the people who pay £3000 more for the same car that has a VW badge on it.

It's only a joke Devil

Sgt Rock, you are officially a jammy so and so for having an Elise :p :)

(The pic is not of my car, but thats what mine looks like...though in truth its not really mine, I just drive my mums and pay for the petrol I use and some towards insurance...can't afford a first car of my own really :()

My uncle has went from owning a brand new BMW 750i in 1989 to now owning a Y REG Skoda Fabria (they owned from new) , it has now done 70k and still runs like a new car. Its basicaly just the new shape polo with a skoda badge on it.

Sorry, no pics, but....

A relatively boring Focus 1.8 hatchback, but in a fetching shade of dark blue in zetec trim.

I love it to bits, it's still reckoned one of the best handling cars in it's class. Im pretty lucky to have this car at the age of 18.

actually, ive had several cars that I used to drive around field off the road before this, the best being a 2.0ltr Manual Granda that i got for free locally. Perfect field car, some power and rear wheel drive, taught me an awfull lot about controlling a slide! Fiddled about with it untill it had completely died, and it went to scrap. when i got it it still had a Caravan club window sticker:D Tremendous fun:)

Still havent driven me dads e46 M3 which i love, for obvious insurance reasons, i have to be at least 25! But have driven my mums V70 T5 which is pretty rapid if not that much fun to drive.

Wow, sgt Rock, not heard of the Elise before, but that is one nice looking vehicle.

Myself, I drive this:

Mines a company car, so I dont really get a lot of choice  ...

At different times of the year I have ..

2.0 Golf (diesel)
2.0 HDI Picasso
2.0 Astra (turbo diesel)

Kind of takes all the fun out of motoring, but they are always new, and totally free so it cant be all bad.. and new is what you need when you do 50,000 miles p/a..

Last car I owned privately about 5 years ago was a Nissan 200SX

Ian, What car is that? It is totally unrecognisable. It seems the whole of the front and back passenger compartments are crumbled.
