Chris, the Neil Diamond album gratefully received :)

Very nice. "I am ... I Said" still makes me want get up and "Air Sing". Nice to see there's a version of "If You Go Away" on it - not quite as good as the astonishing version Dusty Springfield did on Where Am I going, but a goody. Will sit down and have a good listen a bit later.

    Cheers Matey.

No worries - glad you like it. I may bug you in a few days for assistance in setting up a Spacearm, if I can't work it out and if it's okay with you.

I've had a Spacedeck since 2004, which was fitted with my Syrinx PU3 from new, but I've just ordered a new Spacearm and associated mounting gear as I had some money burning a hole in my pocket and fancied trying a uni-pivot - can't wait.

I think you'll like it :) Now why did I think you had an LP12?

I did, and still do, although it has been sitting in it's box since the Spacedeck arrived. I will, at some point, get around to selling what's left of it (I've already sold the Lingo), or I might build a DIY geddon for it and re-mount the Syrinx to use in my upstairs system. Time, inclination and funds permitting, that is.

Do you mean the one with the 'New York Mining Disaster 1941' on it? A classic.

My own Bee Gees favourite would have to be 'Cucumber Castle', mainly for the sleeve images(particularly impressive on the vinyl gatefold). 'Life In A Tin Can' would be a close second.
