Now I couldn't tell them apart if you asked me to pick them at random, but from repeated playing I liked 4 most, and 1 least, the other two had nothing to highlight the for me.

4. sounded cleaner, good decay, maybe better shielded....who knows.

So glad I've never wasted money on interconnects as the differences are so marginal it hardly makes it worthwhile buying. Definitely not Night & Day improvements as has so often been claimed.

I put these onto CD had a listen in sequence & on random play, tried to pick them out & wasn't that successful

Slight preference for 2 over the others
4 had a bit more bass & generally warmer
1 was the thinnest sounding but had sense of depth in that the sax seemed further back
2 & 3 were very close

I vote for 2 but could also choose 3 or 4

I don't think I'll be spending more than a tenner in the future
 
Hope you keep this alive for a few days - I've downloaded them but can't get to listen yet.

am unsure about the quality of downloads ? mine get a little rough if there's heavy use farther down the mountain :)

for what it's worth...

file's 1 and 4 were out, the vote fell to 2 and 3, i went with 3.

Line speed doesn't effect file qulaity - at least not to my knowledge. Just takes a bit longer :)
 
I had a quick listen a few days ago, but not going to get the chance to sit down at home and have a proper one so I'll go with no difference heard.

I did think there was maybe something better about 2, but couldn't actually decide if it was just my fragile little mind playing tricks.

All pretty much the same, but slight preference for 4. Seemed a little fuller and slightly more detailed. Nothing here worth spending much money on.

At first, I had a preference for 3, but when I played the 4 extracts at random, I couldn't tell them apart. I voted "I cannot detect a difference".

In some ways, the most amusing result would be if they were all the same cable, but I guess that's too much to hope for.
