Probably something along the lines of it didnt work properly, burner not running hot enough or something, his chicken didn't cook right through and he got food poisoning as a result. I expect the TV was on the Free Home Delivery service as well, so they had to unbox it, set it up and then take it down and away, all without him lifting a finger other than to use the remote control!
