no id didnt, i sent him my details several times but still havn't got it???????

 

It went off months ago now when I came back from Croatia, that'd be back in August. Funny I sent Dom a CD at the same time but never heard from him either.....

 

So, I take it that the Great (Grate?) DeMagic Test is at an end? Pity. Anyway, I've constantly updated the results and they're in the first post of the thread.

 

I'll order another one, so the thread can continue Tones. I'll post it elsewhere though!

 

Can you run it by my place before you send it off rich? Don't like to queue jump, but it makes some sense...

I ordered a replacement, but since it arrived I've been out of the house at 7 and returning at 7, the post office doesn't seem to help with my anti-social working hours. It'll be tomorrow it gets posted out, so will hopefully be with you at the weekend. My apologies. I bought this disc a couple of years ago, and initially thought I'd heard the positive results mentioned here (?placebo) .....since then I have upgraded both the speakers and the source cdp (along with my interconnect).
Will do a proper test when I recieved my newly Din-ned chameleon silvers back from Chord Co.
Unfortunately, cannot switch back to "magnetised" state to do a better type of A/B listening, but will post back any results I do get after the test.

PS. I think you HAVE to leave the room during the 3 minutes so that your last sonic memory is of the 'before' music

 

Yeah I've got one too, I reckon they work. I found things are a little more relaxed sounding after using it (in a good way). Don't really bother using it though, its not THAT great.
