They never answered my emails, not even to let me know how much shipping costs, it is very suspicious...

I can send you a WaveGuide fuse if you wish to try it.
Free of charge. Postage will be £1.95.

The WaveGuide has gold plated end caps with fine concentric circles engraved in to the gold plating. The circles help prevent the electrons gathering in the end caps and forces them into a straight line through the fuse wire.
The effect is subtle but worthwhile IMHO giving a more 'direct' sound with less brightness at LF.

Hi Titian, good to see you again:)

Can you translate any of the text for those fuses. On the surface they look like a statndard fuse that has had the end cap plated, i suspect i am wrong but i cant understand the text that is displayed.

It was sarcasm, but I'm making the general point that this hobby is stuffed full of nonsense and that a fool and his money are easily parted.

The easiest thing to do is market a product using wild unfounded claims with absolutely no technical supporting evidence to audio fora neurotics.

Still, whatever floats the boat etc, etc.....

Perhaps this is an opportune moment to put in a quick mention for my new product. Not that I'd use ZG for marketing or anything like that.

Cures audiophoolery and promotes critical thinking skills in the hard of thinking.

'super-homeopathic' - I've got to get me some of that! Do you do a gold plated capsule, as I find it makes a better connection with my wallet?

On a serious note, I can second dealing with Snowy White on CattyLink, he is a REALLY good guy. But don't bother with the fuses, buy something worth having. You could spend that money on a few :MILD: and it will have far more effect.

I enjoy silly tweaking, others enjoy tunning, fishing, gambling, who cares, as long as I do it with my money, and no one in my family is hungry... :p

I bought 5 at 2,5 euros a piece from a friend, they will be on their way monday... :D

Quite right too, we all spend plenty of money on all manner of crap that's here today and gone tomorrow, it's whatever entertains you. I spent more on beer last night than those fuses cost.

Who was it who said that golf was a 'good walk ruined?'

Judging by the number of golf courses that have sprung up I'd say he should have said it louder....

Most of the places I know for a good walk would be quite unsuitable for golf. I think Mark Twain was an idiot.
