Antonio, I've never heard DPLII. I'd always assumed it was just for AV, such as off air stuff, VHS, or DVDs with a stereo only soundtrack.

I wasn't aware it was any good for music.

Do you use it for all the music you listen to? Or just certain things like live stuff?

That's a great movie called 'The Cube'

I wouldnt reccomend 'the Cube II' though, which adds nothing to the original, and if anything detracts.

An excellent film Id highly reccomend is 'Matchstick Men' - if you enjoyed 'The Usual Suspects' or 'Oceans Eleven' then this is a movie that is worth hiring IMO.

It works better with some CDs, depending how good the recording is, the ambience info must be there out-of-phase for it to be VERY realistic...

I still prefer to use it with all discs, because my favourite seat is on the side wall, and I am used to the room full of music, it sounds kind of small when it is of...

You can adjust the center and surrounds "mix" and set panorama, a "false" stage enhancement, wich I dont use, of course... ;)

Dont expect it to sound as good with a receiver, the ones I tested just dont do it right enough for serious listening, ok for TV and casual...
