Eleven SONGS Luka Bloom's latest. I'm not all that impressed. Where has all his energy gone! Riverside is much better. Being a bit of a Luka Bloom fan I am a little disappointed but as I listen perhaps the songs will grow on me a bit - Hoping! For Luka's fans - listen before you buy this one.
At this moment I'm currently listening to Devil Doll - Sacrilegium. Great, great album. It's like a mixture between chamber, dark classical (baroque), and progressive rock. It's really theatrical and disturbing at times. It's like a rock version of an old silent horror movie soundtrack.
The best of Arvo Part Ambient 2 the Plateau of Mirror - Brian Eno/Harold Budd Avec Laudenum - Stars of the Lid
Give Me Love: Songs of the Brokenhearted - Baghdad 1925 -1929(Honest Jon's Records); Manteca (Lazaro Pla) - Ritmo y Sabor (EM); Black & Proud vol.1 - Songs from the Black Panther Era (Trikont); Larry Heard - 25 Years From Alpha (Alleviated Records/Black Market International); Monolake - live set for Digital Gadget (Germany, 2004)
