Just because Merlin and Lowrider have kissed and made up, doesn't mean this thread should stop, does it? :D

I'm missing this thread, kept me going through some very boring days. We could do with a new contentious issue, any suggestions?

Those meadowlarks you have just bought are a load of crap. That goes for the shearwaters too. What a waste of money. You'd have been far better off with some pukka flat earth speakers like wot I suggested.

If you don't like the meadowlarks and prefer briks your hearing must be worse than my wifes. She's incapable of hearing the difference between a Sony radio alarm clock and a quality system like a JVC boombox. You're quite right I'm wasting my money on hi-fi, it's MF blue led's I need

    see,not easy without smileys

smileys are the enemy of good forum conversation,RISE UP YE ANTI-SMILEY BRETHREN,destroy the weak who use smileys, they have no self confidence and should read porn mags instead of using forums, this is for the brave, those who can post without smileys

You could always buy some kans, great fun these speakers, especially when attacted to say £100 worth of protenetics, first and last time they'll have bass, fully timed too KERR-BANG
Still I spose you could buy some briks (sic) place 1/2 a melted down car, recast into some ferrous type isolation equipment, that would really turn heads, not just upset the earths natural lines of flux

those blue herons though they've got to be the worst. i've never heard them so i'm perfectly qualified to comment.
briks are however perfect. they sound best on the end of a 7 watt nait 1 and a linn lp12.

Merlin, I fear comparing Sonus Faber to Bose is hitting below the belt. That's just downright cruel. Have you forgotten the smell of real leather you get from these beauties? (no, not from Bose!).
