A few from the Bee Gees

    - Living Eyes - the CD release of this is extremly rare. I remember getting the vinyl second-hand when I was about 9 or so. Didn't play it for years, as I had no TT. I managed to get the CD release in Hong Kong, about 8 years ago. It's only been issued twice in Japan and this is one of them. I paid about £12.50 and I've heard it goes for around US$300 on eBay at times - pretty valuable, so I'll be pretty ticked off if it ever goes missing! Certainly their transient years from disco. Some similarities to Guilty, that Barry Gibb recorded with Barbara Streisand. The soundtrack to Staying Alive also has some good tracks on it and is easily available - I think I paid about £11 in Virgin for my copy. Living Eyes is highly recommended for any Bee Gees fan.

    - ESP

    - One - used to have the cassette of this. Interestingly, the CD version includes Wing and a Prayer. I also have the "One" concert on VideoCD - must make an audio CD of that concert one day from the MPEG streams.

Guilty Too should now be out - the latest Barry Gibb/Barbara Streisand album. Planning on getting it next weekend - should be a good one. Guility is still one of my favourite albums.

It's been a crappy week, so it's been good just to sit down, read a bit and try and do some much needed chilling out. In the tray tonight have been:

Dire Straits - Love Over Gold
Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - American Dream
Earth, Wind and Fire - Let's Groove - The Best Of

Har Mar Superstar - The Handler.
Good album, good tunes...can see a Stevie Wonder influence here which is no bad thing. Worth a listen.

Avril Lavigne - both her CDs. I really am having a mid life crisis.

Actually, I like these because it's refreshing sometimes to have someone just belt out a good unpretentious tune. Also I never listen to lyrics, which helps. ;)
