Short  There wasn't much 3 years ago! Hardly Legolas were you?

Thinking of LOTR, I can't help casting WM as the little Dwarf chappie :D

Antonio

how does big torque help with cornering on a bike?

It sure helps getting out of it faster, if you ride street racers you know that in a twisty road you need to constantly change gears to keep the engine in the good torque rpm, otherwise you have no power to pull out of the corners, I think it is quite obvious that if you are busy with the gear lever it will be harder to corner properly...

Believe me, it is quite obvious on the road...

Still shorter than it was.
As you say, best to age gracefuly, when it receded i went for a shorter cut. Love it, 10 minutes with the clippers and im done, takes no time to wash and dry.
Girly seems to like it aswell ;)

:respect: Who needs enemies when you've got mates like Merlin :D
Plus we have our own Avon on the foum John Hunt, Paul Darrows double
Maybe Merlin would make a classic Abanarzer from Aladdin

Holy S**t !! I go away on me hols and come back two weeks later and this black hole of a thread is STILL going? Sheesh.

As someone entrusted with the literacy of our young people, I find the standard of some of the writing on this forum decidedly unsound.
I would particularly like to cite WM for being especially difficult, a crystalmark for clear English is unlikely to be heading his way.
What really bother's me though is poor capitalisation. Can we all please make an effort boys.
Thank-you

Arse

No wonder the standard of literacy in this country is so low

Sure it is, riding along the boulevard on a sunny sunday morning... :MILD:

Not racing an old fart on an Harley, on a winding, narrow, road, that feels like your riding on a black swiss cheese... :JPS:

Talk about corners, I have the magic finger... :bub:

Lord,

I appreciate your concern over my unique form of the English language, (Tone Speak).
My punctuation, grammar, judicious use of capitals, along with my sentence construction techniques may also give rise for the odd comment :) , fear not my good fellow of practicing literacy all is not lost.
The mark of clarity, shall not in so many ways be awarded to such a deserving cause as myself, yet my messages are so transparently asserted, it tis' easily gleaned by all but the most intellectually challenged of individuals. :p
Though as you have graciously requested my re-integration of the English language be some what tempered and 'dumbed down', I shall respond in the time honoured fashion
Fook off peckerhead!! ;) , I'll try and be a good student from now on sir :D

WM,

That is totally unappropriate on this thread... :p

Another pile of garbagge Harley... :ffrc: :ffrc: :ffrc: :ffrc: :ffrc:

Once again - amazing parallels with his choice of hifi :D

Only have 17 corners, I improved a lot after I got on my Harley, only 5 corners up to page 69...
