I see you still on the easy jobs eh?, 2 days spent making up capictor banks, hard wiring the splendid big fellows, like listening to M/f its that much fun :D

Antonio, get a copy of streetfighters, see the real side of biking. Not the pseudo hardley wannabe brigade.
Honestly, hardleys are riden by people who dont understand what the real bike scene is.

Tone,
1mm caps aint easy, not with my eyes. still cant find the damn fault either.............

Pretty spot on there Robbo with a couple of provisos. One is that the Proacs are nowhere near run in, so it's maybe too early to judge. Ther other would be if I listened to big orchestral works, I'd take the Proacs.

Adjust the volume of the digital power and all will be well... :ffrc: :ffrc: :ffrc: :ffrc: :ffrc:

Done that

Actually the Crown provides a very well damped bass response which leads to the monitor like tag and the tremendous control and dynamic range. Feeding the bass with valves results in an underdamped but arguably more musical bottom end. I reckon the ideal would be about 100w plus of valve or Class A power.

I notice that you had to turn the volume up on your bass amps Antonio to keep your visitor happy :D

Streetfighters are riden by wannabe Rossis and Dohans, not my kind of heroes... :p

By the way, motorcycles are not some kind of weapon, just an hobby for most owners...

Maybe he likes distortion, maybe he likes a loudness control like you...

Antonio
you have absolutely no idea about bikes, your drivel about hardley handling proves that. A streetfighteer is not a race copy, so wtf does dohan or riossi have to do with it??

Before you bleat about torque again, check the torque to wieght ratio, you will see most sports bikes are way ahead, by virtue of being made from good alloy's and not pig iron.
Hardley suspension geometry is inherently unstable, no amount of shock upgrade, damping changes or oil level fiddles will help with that. Also the size of wheel fitted to a hardley does not allow decent rubber to be fitted. Braking is crap due to the amount of pig iron hanging off the damn things.
The hardley wheelbase is also to great to allow quick handling on anything but the longest sweeping corners.
Couple that with engine technology over 40 years old (2 valve iron heads, push rods on most, single carb, shimmed gear boxes etc..) and it does not make for a bike that will go well or handle.
I spent many years working in a bike shop, rebuilt many hardleys, they are antiquated inside aswell as out.

Maybe he has better hearing than you ;)

I suspect the chances of that are quite high :D

To be fair, I thought that dwarf was a star, trustworthy, honourable and loyal if a little opinionated ;)
